Process: My initial sketches of a fairy tale book inspired the design of this CD and the accompanying collateral materials. An illustrator was hired to create the visuals. InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator were used in the production process. |

Client: The Ad Council Project: Design of Coalition for Healthy Children: Report to America. Description: This report details all of the initiatives accomplished by the coalition. All of the participants, goals, messages, and outcomes are described. The final report is a custom designed PDF. Process: A bright upbeat and clean design sets the tone for this piece. It was created using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. In addition to art direction and photo editing, custom info graphics were created. |

Client: Fitness Magazine Project: Editorial design, photo editing, photo retouching. Description: Designed monthly articles under tight deadlines, sometimes with last minute layout changes. Also edited photographs and did exensive retouching when needed. Process: First the color system was develped for each month. Then the images were editied down for the articles. Lastly, each article was designed. Sometimes images required extensive retouching. Cover images in particular. All design and editing done with QuarkXPress, Photoshop, and Illustrator. |

Client: Scholastic Project: Design and procution of all intermediate catalogs and promotional materials. Description: Designer duties ranged from design and production of monthly catalog and promotional materials to creating original artwork. Process: After working closely with the marketing and copy writing teams, a catalog and promotional materials would be developed. This included many skills from photo editing and retouching, to creating layouts and original artwork. Software used included QuarkXpress, Photoshop, and Illustrator. |
